As structures age, deterioration often results. Sometimes structures do not perform as expected because of problems involving their design and construction. We perform forensic investigations to understand the causes of structural distress and develop practical strategies to correct problems and extend a structure’s useful life. In situations where design or construction issues may have contributed to unacceptable performance, we can serve as experts to investigate responsibility.
